This page explains how LedAster collects, uses, and protects the personal data submitted through the waitlist form, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Data controller
The data controller is the publisher of this website, acting as the sole controller of the data collected through the waitlist form.

Data collected
When you submit the waitlist form, the following data is collected:
- Corporate email address
- Declared professional profile
- Declared high-stakes exposure context
- Free-text description of the performance barrier
- Selected strategic priorities
- Preferred language (EN or FR)
Purpose
The data is processed solely to evaluate your application for private access to LedAster and to contact you if your application is retained. It is not used for marketing or resold to third parties.
Legal basis
Processing is based on your explicit consent, which you give by submitting the form. You can withdraw this consent at any time.
Retention period
Application data is retained for 12 months after submission, after which it is either anonymised or deleted unless you become an active user, in which case data is processed under separate terms you will be presented with.
Storage & transfers
Data is stored on Supabase Inc. infrastructure, in the [À COMPLÉTER] Frankfurt (EU-Central) region. No data is transferred outside the European Economic Area.
Your rights
Under GDPR, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Right of access — obtain a copy of your data
- Right of rectification — correct inaccurate data
- Right to erasure — request deletion
- Right to restriction of processing
- Right to data portability
- Right to object to processing
- Right to withdraw consent at any time
